The building is located in Cais do Sodré, benefiting from a frontage, Rua de São Paulo. It is a residential building with three stores on the first floor. Cais do Sodré has been the target of a deep rehabilitation, resulting in a frank improvement of accesses, the restoration of buildings and a greater connection of the river to the population, through the creation of new leisure areas.
